Traffic congestion has formed on the Tema-Accra motorway following an incident where a local commuter vehicle, commonly referred to as a ‘trotro,’ veered off the road into a trench.

This occurred during the early hours of Thursday, February 22, resulting in the closure of the roadway. Commuters are encouraged to seek alternate routes while the Police and Ghana National Fire Service officials collaborate to safely clear the vehicle from the scene.
