On Thursday, June 22, the well-known telecommunications company AirtelTigo officially rebranded itself as AT. This change will encompass all subsidiary brands such as AT Money, AT Business, AT Premier, and AT Insurance. During a round table discussion, Leo Skarlatos, the CEO of AirtelTigo, explained that the rebranding to AT represents a bold and strategic move to align with their brand promise of simplicity, aiming to make it easier for customers to recognize and engage with the company. Skarlatos emphasized that this change only affects the brand name and logo, assuring stakeholders that there will be no impact on the management structure, products, or services provided.
The name AT will be used in all future communications, marketing materials, and branding initiatives. While the brand colors will remain unchanged, all trade materials that previously displayed the name AirtelTigo will be updated to reflect the new brand.
