The Minister for Education, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, has announced a limited recruitment drive for high school teachers, set to begin next week.

This initiative aims to bolster the teaching workforce and improve the quality of education in high schools nationwide.

In the meantime, Dr. Adutwum is scheduled to deliver a significant address on the state of education in Ghana. The address will take place on Tuesday, July 30th, 2024, at 9 AM at the Accra International Conference Center.

During the address, the Minister will discuss key developments, achievements, and future plans for the education sector.

This event offers an opportunity to learn about the progress and initiatives shaping the future of education in the country.

This announcement follows the government’s recent declaration through the Ministry of Health to recruit 15,200 nurses and midwives.

The application process will begin on Monday, August 5, 2024, at 12:00 noon and conclude on Friday, August 23, 2024, at 6:00 PM.
