Blakk Rasta recently appeared as a guest on the popular United Showbiz program on UTV, where he expressed strong criticism against Sarkodie amid the ongoing controversy involving Yvonne Nelson. During the show, Blakk Rasta reaffirmed the stance he previously took on 3FM, referring to Sarkodie as fake.

While sitting alongside other panelists such as Mr Logic, Halifax, Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo, and actor Adjtety Annang, Blakk Rasta voiced his disappointment in Sarkodie’s lack of maturity in handling the situation with Yvonne Nelson. He argued that Sarkodie’s diss track, “Try Me,” directed at Yvonne Nelson, was poorly handled and displayed a lack of intelligence.

Blakk Rasta empathized with Yvonne Nelson, acknowledging the challenges she has faced and expected Sarkodie to respond in a more thoughtful and respectful manner. He specifically took issue with Sarkodie’s choice of words, where he referred to Yvonne as “for the street” due to her relationship with the rapper. Blakk Rasta found this attitude immature and disrespectful, urging Yvonne to have filtered some names in her public statements.

“This is a woman who has gone through hell, I expected the corporate Sarkodie to be more intelligent in his response. His words were wrong, ‘You’re for the street’, so he slept with a street girl. that was very immature of him.

“You don’t look down on people like that, I wish Yvonne would have filtered some names but Sarkodie’s response was unintelligent.”If I had my way, I would stripe Sarkodie off all his ambassadorial deals, ban his music for his disrespect for womanhood,” Blakk Rasta stated.

The radio host even went as far as proposing punitive measures against Sarkodie, suggesting that he should lose all his ambassadorial deals and face a ban on his music due to his alleged disrespect for women. Blakk Rasta’s opinions stem from his belief that Sarkodie, like many other celebrities, pretends to have a positive personality but, in reality, is insincere and deceptive. He claimed to possess substantial evidence to support his claims about Sarkodie’s true character.

“People pretend to be who they are not, and Sarkodie is one of those; there are no two ways about that. Now, if you have followed Sarkodie and you want to remove that veil from your eyes, you would know that this is a fake guy. There are so many things I can say about Sarkodie, but for the fact that I would not have time to go through that, I would just mention a couple of them”, he stated.
