3 Days of Wonder are back, and honestly, they’re not easing into anything, they’re dropping straight into the messy, chaotic corners of the human mind with their new single “Anyone Who Knows,” Released 30th November 2025. “Anyone Who Knows” leans into a theme most people pretend they don’t share: that little destructive streak sitting quietly inside all of us. The band doesn’t frame it as something to fear, they highlight it, poke at it, and basically say, look, it’s part of you, so stop fronting and figure out what to do with it. The whole track has this raw, self-aware edge, tracing the emotional fallout that comes after you let those impulses win. And yeah… sometimes the crash feels thrilling on the way down, even if the landing sucks.

Their signature 80s-tinged vibe is still there, but the songwriting feels more grown, more intentional. It really does play like the “older sibling” to their 2023 song Younger Days, same DNA, just more mature and a little more bruised.

The opening “There’s nothing left but empty bottles and my misplaced confidence” hits like someone admitting the truth way too late. By the time they get to “Anyone who knows me knows there’ll be no happy ending,” you feel that blend of resignation and honesty that only a band with a sharp sense of emotional realism can deliver. It’s not doom-and-gloom; it’s more like they’re breaking the tension by simply saying the thing everyone avoids saying out loud.

And this is exactly where 3 Days of Wonder shine: they write like teenagers but perform like veterans. Their riffs bite, the hooks pull you in fast, and the energy never feels forced. “Anyone Who Knows” is the kind of track that continues to shape their identity, emotionally aware alt-rock with sharp guitar lines and a feel that lands somewhere between nostalgia and the next wave of British indie rock.
