Nashville artist Hannah B. Johnson returns to her first love, writing and singing songs that stir the soul, with her latest single, Carried Home released April 25, 2025. Described as an “acoustic prayer,” this beautifully raw track offers hope for anyone who’s ever felt utterly lost or weighed down by life.

Opening with the gripping line, “I’m cracked open on the pavement, arms wide at my side,” Hannah draws us into a deeply honest story of brokenness and healing. Her lyrics, paired with gentle acoustic instrumentation, create a space for stillness, reflection, and ultimately, restoration.

As the refrain declares, “My rescue has come, help has drawn close / This isn’t the end of my story, I’m on my way home,” we hear not just a song, but a journey of redemption. Inspired by years of quiet worship, motherhood, and meaningful community, Hannah’s music points us back to joy, the kind that endures through hardship.
