With Couple(t)s, North Carolina indie-folk duo Couldn’t Be Happiers deliver an album that is as structurally clever as it is emotionally sincere. The title is a triple entendre: a nod to their married relationship, their love of poetic devices, and the format of the record itself; two halves, each with love songs, protest songs, and folk stories, paired like lyrical soulmates.

Side A introduced their vision in December 2024; Side B completes it, sealing their reputation as folk-rock storytellers of rare wit and warmth.
