In response to this violation of intellectual property rights, they are demanding $10 million in compensation. They argue that this amount reflects the value of the work and the harm caused to both the artist and management due to its misuse in a high-profile campaign.
Furthermore, they emphasize the importance of respecting copyright laws and intellectual property rights. They highlight the readiness of musicians and the entertainment industry to collaborate with aspiring presidential candidates, provided that proper procedures are followed.
