Vanessa Azoumaro has successfully completed her Guinness World Record attempt for the longest video game marathon playing games in the Ghost of Tsushima series.
Playing for an impressive 56 hours, 30 minutes, and 43 seconds, she exceeded her initial goal of 48 hours.
The marathon officially concluded at 5:30 am on Monday, July 29, 2024.
The event took place at the Airport View in Kumasi SG Mall, where friends and supporters gathered to offer moral support.

Vanessa, a third-year Social Work student at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), was also accompanied by a dedicated monitoring team to ensure the integrity of her attempt.
Her achievement not only secures her a place in the record books but also serves as an inspiration for others to pursue their unique goals with determination and resilience.
She still needs to submit evidence to the Guinness World Records team for verification and confirmation.
