Nana Ama McBrown, a Ghanaian actress and media personality, has addressed criticisms regarding her recent job and other aspects of her career, stating that negative comments do not affect her. During an interview with Berla Mundi on TV3 in Accra, McBrown, an entertainment and media mogul, emphasized her 22 years of experience in the industry and stated that she does not let criticism get to her.
“I don’t think anything someone would say right should be a problem for me,” she said, adding, “And that is why mostly I don’t respond to issues when they mention my name. There are certain things I just brush them off. I have my problems, some are family problems but I don’t allow them to affect me.”

McBrown also said critics don’t know her well enough to judge her, stating that “they don’t know what they are talking about, they don’t know me and they don’t know who I am.”
“The good people, the wise people and genuine people won’t attack me just like that,” she said.
“They can accuse me of not doing something right but it’s like they’re tuning me to get it right, I understand and agree but if you make it look so hateful that means you have a problem,” she added.
