A member of the communication team for the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) has decided to step down from the party. Courage Norbi’s choice was influenced by the resignation of the former Minister for Trade and Industry, Alan Kyerematen.
Being a staunch supporter of this presidential aspirant, he believes it is wise to align himself with Kyerematen wherever he goes. During an interview on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen program, Mr. Norbi stated, “I am no longer affiliated with the NPP at this moment. I have left the NPP because I am aligning myself with my leader’s ‘movement for change,’ which is open to anyone willing to contribute to Ghana’s progress.”

Mr. Norbi expressed his dissatisfaction with the intimidation and ill-treatment he has faced within the NPP. He pointed out that he was removed from a party WhatsApp group for expressing support for Mr. Kyerematen, underscoring his point.
Currently serving as the acting Communications Director for Alan’s 2024 presidential campaign, Mr. Norbi believes that Mr. Kyerematen possesses the solutions needed to rescue Ghana from a potential crisis.
