The suspected terrorist attack in Nagudi, Togo, has prompted over 200 residents from nearby border communities to flee for safety. Reportedly, a group of armed men, approximately numbering 10 and riding motorbikes, carried out the attack.
While unconfirmed, reports suggest that eight individuals lost their lives in the assault.

In response to the violence, residents of Jangbande, Tambeng, and Tantara 2 have evacuated their villages, seeking refuge in Bunkpurugu, Wenchike, and Yunyoo, respectively.
Naa Abubakari Awuffor, the paramount chief, has confirmed the arrival of over 80 individuals in Wenchike, informing Chereponi District Assembly authorities about the situation.
