Roselyn Ngissah, a Ghanaian actress, has been nominated for the 2023 Africa Magic Viewer’s Choice Awards.
Ngissah, 37, was nominated for Best Actress in a Comedy Movie and TV Series for her performance in Red Carpet, directed by Frank Rajah Arise.
The film was created by Samira Yakubu, Jackie Appiah’s manager.
Roselyn Ngissah was nominated alongside Nigerian colleagues Funke Akindele, Mercy Johnson, Bimbo Ademoye, Warri Pikin, and Grace Wacuka from Kenya.
Roselyn Ngissah has been nominated for the coveted award alongside Lydia Forson, Adjetey Anang, Gloria Sarfo, Pascal Aka, Chris Attoh, and Raquel.

Several celebrities, including Jackie Appiah, Nikki Samonas, Gloria Sarfo, and Pascal Amanfo, congratulated her on her nomination in the comments area. The much-anticipated announcement of nominations took place on April 16, with a 40% increase in entries received this year. Adjetey Anang, a Ghanaian actress, and Bisola Aiyeola, a Nigerian colleague, co-hosted the event.The Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards will honor the greatest and brightest talent in African television and film this year. The 9th edition of the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards is a three-day event, with the award ceremony taking place on May 20, 2023.
