Ariana Grande Responds to Being Trolled for Her Massive Weight Loss

Ariana Grande is speaking out after she and other celebrities were chastised for being too thin. She recently faced’rampant conjecture’ about her weight, which she addressed in a TikTok video.
“I don’t do this very often, I don’t like it, and I’m not very good at it,” Ariana explained. “I just wanted to address your concerns about my body and talk a little bit about what it means to be a person with a body and to be seen and paid such close attention to.” In a video, Ariana Grande stated.

“There are many different kinds of beautiful,” she continued. There are numerous approaches to looking healthy and lovely. I know that the body you’ve been comparing my current body to was the unhealthiest version of my body for me.”

“Second, you never know what people are going through.” So, even if you’re coming from a kind or caring place, that individual is probably working on it or has a support structure in place. You never know, so be nice with one another,” Grande advised.

Grande’s musical career began at the age of 15 in the 2008 Broadway musical 13. She rose to prominence as Cat Valentine in the Nickelodeon TV shows Victorious (2010-2013) and Sam & Cat (2013-2014).

Grande signed with Republic Records in 2011 after label executives saw videos of her interpreting songs on YouTube.

Her debut album, Yours Truly (2013), influenced by 1950s doo-wop music and R&B, topped the US Billboard 200, and the lead single, “The Way,” hit the top ten on the US Billboard Hot 100. On the record, Grande’s voice and whistle register prompted immediate comparisons to Mariah Carey.
