The Electoral Commission (EC) has postponed the District Assembly Elections in certain electoral areas within the Ashanti and Eastern Regions. Initially scheduled for today, December 19, 2023, across 6,215 electoral areas spanning 216 metropolitan, municipal, and district assemblies, the election has been rescheduled to Thursday, December 21, 2023.
