Nick Cannon struggles to recall the names of his 12 children

Nick Cannon has had twelve children in the previous ten years, yet he failed to remember their names in a recent interview.

On Thursday, April 13, a part of the media mogul’s interview with Howard Stern went viral, during which the presenter questioned him about his knowledge of all his children’s names.

Despite having a big brood, Nick Cannon appears to have trouble remembering all of their names, which include Moroccan, Monroe, Golden, Powerful Queen, Zion, Zillion, Zen, Legendary, Onyx, Rise, Beautiful, and Halo.

Stern remarked on the Wild N’ Out host’s apparent refusal to announce the name of the daughter he and LaNisha Cole share, Onyx.

“Ah, no!” Cannon burst out laughing. “I did, you know. You threw me off because I was following the rules!”

“Poor Onyx,” Stern said in reply.

Nick Cannon recently made headlines when he expressed his wish to have a 13th child with singer Taylor Swift. During an interview with Howard Stern on Monday, Nick was asked about adding a new member to his already large family.

Because his prior response to that question, in which he indicated he was “putting it in God’s hands,” enraged some members of the religious community, the Drumline actor initially appeared hesitant to deliver a direct response.

He stated that he believed the couple would be on the same page after living their sexual lives in public, and that having a kid with the 12-time Grammy winner would be “amazing.”

“First and foremost, she’s an amazing songwriter,” Howard said of the Masked Singer host. What I admire about Taylor Swift is how sensitive and transparent she has been with all of her music.”

“I think she’d relate to me very well,” he said. We’ll most likely understand each other.”

And he quipped that his “Spidey senses” were tingling after learning of Taylor’s six-year breakup with her British actor lover.

Cannon joked that their romances had received similar public scrutiny.
