Xiaomi has announced that the Xiaomi 13 Ultra will be available in China later this month. The Xiaomi 13 Ultra appears to have a large circular module on the back panel, according to photographs supplied by SmartPrix in partnership with tipster OnLeaks. The module looks to be equipped with four cameras and a dual-LED flash system. While the camera module is thick, it is visible resting on top of a raised rear panel, giving the upper portion a dual-step appearance. The protrusion becomes smaller towards the lower portion of the back panel.

The Xiaomi 13 Ultra features a curved AMOLED display with a hole-punch cutout at the top. According to the rumor, the phone boasts a 6.7-inch 120Hz display. Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship phone is said to have a WQHD+ AMOLED display with dynamic refresh rate switching between 1Hz and 120Hz. Finally, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra could run MIUI 14 on Android 13 out of the box.
